Role and Responsibilities

Meredith Cullen has more than 20 years of commercial real estate experience and is a Director with the six-person brokerage team with David L. Cook in the Houston office of Cushman & Wakefield of Texas, Inc. He brings a unique value because of his role as Senior Vice President with Roy Cullen Operating Company (years 2000-2020) to underwrite and develop properties for the Roy H. Cullen family. In 2013, Meredith successfully developed and managed the Cullen Realty Company. He assists clients with lease and sales negotiations of office, land, ranches, single & multi-family projects and investment properties.

Professional Experience

Mr. Cullen was responsible for underwriting millions of dollars for the Roy H. Cullen Operating Company. His notable accomplishments were Coles Crossing, Firethorne and five mulit-family projects with JLB Partners. He successfully developed two large acreage developments Cullen Ranch-1 in Dallas, TX and Cullen Ranch-2, outside of Houston, TX. Mr. Cullen has completed more than 200 transactions for an aggregate value of more than $300 million.
